Welcome to Nanoputian, an Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) cloud serverless integrations company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform (collectively, “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided through our Services, including software, designs, and documentation, are owned by Nanoputian or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of our software.

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to our Services (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant Nanoputian a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process it to provide and improve our Services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Use the Services in a way that causes harm to Nanoputian or others.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@nanoputian.io. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services, and any outstanding fees remain payable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Nanoputian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Nanoputian harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
