Solving complex problems with a new generation platform
Origin Energy required a real-time integration between Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and its existing Oracle Finance (FI) solution for payroll GL postings. A key pain point existed in that there were no suitable out of the box integrations between SAP and Oracle and this would be complex data transformation between the two systems. With a new FI solution S/4HANA coming into the organisation and since soon it was also desirable to have an integration which could easily adapt to this new environment when it became available, requiring minimal or no rework.

As part of a project establishing a new payroll system, Audinate required the creation of integrations between their existing BambooHR solution which managed employees across multiple geographic regions, and reginal specific payroll solutions. The PayConnect team delivered integrations including synchronisation of new and updated employee data, leave applications and balances, eliminating substantial data entry requirements, and reducing the effort required to manage employee leave data.

Our team has been supporting Elekta with the development of custom integrations between Workday and KeyPay. In addition to maintaining up to date employee data in KeyPay for calculation of Payroll, the solution captures leave data and payslips back into workday.
